My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was convenient with easy subway access and close to cafes and restaurants, but there were some cleanliness issues and noise concerns in the rooms. The staff was a mixed bag - friendly and helpful at times but also unaccommodating in certain situations.
The hotel room in the park view section was small but clean. The strong artificial vanilla and cinnamon smell was overpowering and gave me headaches. It would have been better if the pool and jacuzzi were accessible and indoors for more convenience.
I couldn't believe how convenient it was for me to go straight to my room without having to go through the main lobby in my swimwear or gym clothes. The room was nice, spacious, had a good closet, and a comfortable mattress. However, it did have a bit of an old and damp smell and only supplied toiletries for one guest even though there were two beds.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms exceeded my expectations for a luxury hotel, but the initial wait at the reception was off-putting. Although the rooms were excellent, they were unfortunately filthy and had a noticeable moldy odor. On the bright side, the service was uniformly excellent, with friendly and helpful staff eager to assist. The location was convenient, but the inability to book an evening meal at the restaurant was a downside. The dining experience was excellent overall but pricey. Despite these issues, the facilities offered were superb.

I had a fantastic experience at Omni Shoreham. The rooms were beautiful, very clean, and well-appointed, making our weekend getaway an excellent value. The staff was incredibly helpful and always at my beck and call.
